GCSE English Unlocked provides:

• Online English tutoring (KS3, GCSE, A level)
• Digital learning resources

Services are educational in nature and support learning alongside school provision.

2. Tutoring

Tutoring is delivered online via Microsoft Teams and is subject to availability.

Booking tutoring confirms acceptance of:

• The Tutoring Agreement
• The Safeguarding & Online Tutoring Policy

3. Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

4. Cancellations & Refunds (Tutoring)

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable
• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable

5. Digital Resources

• All resources are digital downloads only
• Resources are for personal educational use only
• Resources must not be shared, distributed, or resold

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once downloaded, unless there is a technical issue.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality support, GCSE English Unlocked cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
